The Element Design Collective team is the heart of our collaborative approach to interior design. Each member brings a unique blend of experience, creativity, and resourcefulness to every interaction, making the showroom as functional as it is inspiring. We’re proud to support the design, building, and homeowner communities with access to curated hard surfaces, deep vendor connections, and concierge-style service that simplifies sourcing and enhances creativity.

With over two decades of experience, Jane is a seasoned interior designer renowned for her creativity, technical acumen, and meticulous attention to detail. Her journey includes honing her skills in Bend's design centers and working as a general contractor building homes in Central Oregon. Jane's commitment to collaboration led her to establish the collective, fostering a supportive environment for interior designers in Bend, Oregon. Outside of work, she enjoys the tranquility of rural life with her husband on their small farm near Tumalo.

Jenn Adams – Designer
Since entering the design industry in 2004, Jenn has been passionate about using textures and colors to reflect both the architectural style of homes and the personalities of their owners. By attentively listening to clients' needs, she applies her technical knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes. Jenn's enthusiasm and drive transform the selection process into an enjoyable experience for her clients. In her leisure time, she can be found gardening, creating art, or honing her culinary skills.

Lorina Gravat – Purchasing
As an experienced purchasing agent in the design industry, Lorina ensures our ordering system operates seamlessly, allowing our interior designers in Bend, Oregon to focus on their creative work. Her responsibilities range from acquiring samples for designers and clients to ordering and tracking materials from our extensive list of vendors. Lorina's meticulous project tracking and record-keeping keep projects on schedule. In her free time, she enjoys sewing and crafting, with a particular talent for quilting.
