Meet the Founder

Jane Wirth

In 2020, Jane took the leap and opened Element Design Collective. What started as a dream quickly grew into a collaborative studio and showroom—a bright, inspiring space filled with curated materials and supported by a team of seasoned designers who bring their own expertise to every project. Today, the showroom is designed to make the design process easier, more flexible, and genuinely enjoyable, whether clients are choosing paint colors or designing an entire home.

With over two decades of experience, Jane is a seasoned interior designer known for her creativity, technical acumen, and meticulous attention to detail. Her background spans Bend’s design centers and five years as a general contractor building custom homes throughout Central Oregon. That hands‑on experience inspired her to establish a supportive, collaborative environment for designers, builders, and homeowners. Outside of work, she enjoys the tranquility of rural life with her husband on their small farm near Tumalo.

    Since entering the design industry in 2004, Jenn has been passionate about using textures and colors to reflect both the architectural style of homes and the personalities of their owners. By attentively listening to clients' needs, she applies her technical knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes. Jenn's enthusiasm and drive transform the selection process into an enjoyable experience for her clients. In her leisure time, she can be found gardening, creating art, or honing her culinary skills.

    Tammy Hoxie | Designer

    With almost 40 years in the design industry, Tammy brings deep knowledge, creativity, and perspective to every project. Her expertise in high‑end residential interiors spans hard surface selection, furniture and lighting design, plumbing specification, fabrication collaboration, and international sourcing. She especially enjoys helping clients navigate the design process, refining possibilities to create spaces that reflect their lifestyle, needs, and personal aesthetic. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her dog and chickens, making memories with her grandchildren, and helping her husband run Borderline Eleven, their tile and stone restoration business.

    Paige Crolly | Designer

    With a background in interior design and architecture, Paige brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to Element Design. After graduating from Oregon State University’s Interior Design and Sustainability program, she began her career working on residential and commercial projects in Hawai‘i. She enjoys translating a design vision into a cohesive material palette, balancing aesthetic direction with the practical details that make a project successful. At Element, she helps designers and clients navigate material selections and discover finishes that bring a project’s vision to life. Now back in Oregon, she loves exploring Central Oregon, going to concerts, cooking, and reading good books.
