Big news: Element Design Collective is featured in the August 2025 Women in Business edition of Cascade Business News!

The article, “Collaboration by Design: How Element Design Collective is Shaping Spaces in Central Oregon,” shares the story of how Jane, Jenn, and Lorina – along with the designers who make our showroom a true collective – are creating a space that’s as collaborative as it is creative.

It dives into Jane’s path from builder to designer, Jenn’s two decades in the tile world, and how together they’ve built a hub where independent designers, architects, and homeowners can feel supported. It even gives a peek at what’s next, including our upcoming event with Clayhaus Tile.
