Join us at the showroom on September 25 at 12 pm for an exclusive visit from Kush Rugs! They’ll be showcasing their latest collections and bringing beautiful samples for us to experience in person. Expect plush textures, vibrant palettes, and the highest-quality craftsmanship.
Founded with a passion for artistry and ethical sourcing, Kush Rugs is a Portland-based trade-only studio that collaborates directly with architects and interior designers. They offer custom and commercial area rugs, curating each piece from trusted global sources with care and integrity. Over two decades in the rug industry have earned them a reputation for honesty, integrity, and a friendly, approachable style.
They are especially known for their custom work: in 2022, they reached over 3,000 custom rug projects, supported by a design library of over 7,000 unique renderings. Their process reflects deep investment in design, materials, and meaningful producer relationships. Designer-centric past events include lunch & learns (e.g., with Stark Carpets in March 2023) and “Kush Karaoke” community mixers earlier in the year – events that emphasize creativity, connection, and enjoyment.

Clayhaus Tile: October 16, 3 pm - RSVP
On October 16 at 3 pm, we’ll welcome Clayhaus Tile to our showroom. They’ll present new designs, trend forecasts, and fresh sample boards for your inspiration.
Clayhaus is a handcrafted, American-made ceramic tile studio based in Portland. Founded by Jason and Megan Coleman, the brand specializes in modern, mid-century-inspired designs with a playful yet refined aesthetic. All tiles are fully customizable and handmade to order, with each tile bearing unique variations – what they call “perfect imperfections”.
Upcoming (and notable) collections to look out for include:
Signal Collection: Designed in collaboration with Portland designer Kristine Morich, this geometric, modular series encourages creative pattern exploration. Available in 4″×4″ tiles and any custom color from over 100 glaze options.
Futura Collection: A bold, retro-modern line inspired by 1960s British and Italian “The Look” aesthetic – think Op Art and pop culture visuals. Features distinctive tile shapes such as “Portal,” “Bubble Hex,” “Bubble,” and “Disk” – ideal for creating striking focal points or dynamic field installations.
